2026•Skripsi, Thesis, Disertasi, dan Tugas Akhir

Profit-sharing cooperation in the management of coffee plantations is a form of muamalah that has developed within agrarian communities and is generally implemented through a musaqah contract. This study aims to analyze the profit-sharing practices between plantation owners and coffee plantation managers in Sukadadi Village and to assess their compliance with the provisions of the Compilation of Sharia Economic Law (KHES), particularly Article 20 paragraph (7) and Article 269. This research employs a qualitative approach using field research with a descriptive-analytical method. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with plantation owners and managers, direct observation of plantation management processes, and documentation studies of relevant written sources. The collected data were analyzed empirically to describe actual practices in the field and normatively to evaluate their conformity with KHES provisions. The results indicate that, substantively, the implemented profit-sharing practice reflects the characteristics of a musaqah contract with a maro profit-sharing system of 50:50 between the plantation owner and the manager. However, inconsistencies were found in its implementation, particularly regarding changes in profit-sharing proportions and the absence of a clearly specified time period in the contract. Therefore, it can be concluded that the profit-sharing cooperation practice in Sukadadi Village does not fully comply with the provisions of the Compilation of Sharia Economic Law, especially in terms of contractual clarity and consistency in its implementation.
