The development of digital technology has transformed learning into a more interactive process through media such as Quizizz and similar platforms, thereby increasing students’ motivation and participation. In Islamic education, this innovation supports the contextual delivery of Islamic values while strengthening students’ digital literacy. This study describes the implementation of digital-based learning media through the Quizizz platform in Islamic Religious Education (PAI) to strengthen the 5S character values (Salam, Sapa, Senyum, Sopan, and Santun — greeting, addressing, smiling, politeness, and courtesy) among students of classes X2 and X3 at SMAN 1 Sekampung Udik. The research employed a descriptive qualitative approach using observation, interviews, and documentation techniques. The findings indicate that the implementation of Quizizz was carried out through structured stages of planning, implementation, and evaluation under teacher supervision and in accordance with school regulations. Interactive quiz-based learning encouraged students to be more active, enthusiastic, disciplined, and accustomed to applying 5S values in classroom interactions. Thus, digitalbased learning media through Quizizz is able to provide innovative and effective Islamic Religious Education while strengthening contextual and well-controlled Islamic character education.

Bullying is a common problem in schools and can negatively impact students' psychological and social development. Therefore, effective efforts are needed to prevent and minimize bullying behavior among students. One such effort is through the instilling of moral values and tolerance in Akidah Akhlak learning. This study aims to determine the role and strategies of Akidah Akhlak teachers in instilling moral values and tolerance to minimize bullying among students at MTs Tri Bhakti At-Taqwa. This study uses a qualitative approach with field research. Data collection techniques are carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation, while data analysis uses data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing techniques. The results of the study indicate that Akidah Akhlak teachers have an important role in shaping students' character through the instilling of moral values such as mutual respect, respect for differences, and fostering empathy for others. The strategies used by teachers include integrating moral values into the learning process, providing role models for students, taking a personal approach to students, and instilling tolerance in everyday life in the school environment. Instilling these moral values has a positive impact on student behavior so that it can help minimize the occurrence of bullying among students.

This study aims to analyze the process of developing religius character among students through GASMI martial arts training at Ar Rohman Mosque, Metro Utara District, and to identify the supporting and inhibiting factors influencing its implementation. The research was motivated by preliminary findings indicating that several students demonstrated low levels of religious understanding, ethical behavior, and discipline prior to joining GASMI training. Employing a qualitative approach with a descriptive field research design, data were collected through observations, in-depth interviews, and documentation involving fifteen students selected using purposive sampling based on their limited religious background before participating in training activities. The findings reveal that the development of religious character is fostered through the integration of religious practices into the training process, including habitual prayers before training, participation in congregational prayer, weekly recitations, fasting prior to level advancement examinations, and the implementation of educational sanctions such as calling the or reciting for students who violate training regulations. Thematic analysis highlights the strengthening of several dimensions of religious character, including discipline, responsibility, independence, honesty, cooperation, humility, courage, and patience. These results demonstrate that GASMI martial arts function not only as a physical training activity but also as an effective medium for the internalization of Islamic values. This study concludes that a religious-oriented martial arts training model significantly contributes to shaping students’ religious character and recommends further research to explore its applicability and effectiveness in broader educational and community contexts.
