Difficulties in understanding the rules of nahwu are caused by various factors, including less effective learning methods and lack of active involvement of students in the learning process. This study aims to test the nfluence of the mnemonic method in improving student learning outcomes in nahwu learning at the Insan Mulia Islamic Boarding School. The method used is quantitative with a quasi-experimental approach, using a pretest and posttest design in two groups: the experimental group (batch 1 students) and the control group (batch 2 students). The results of the study show that the use of the mnemonic method significantly improves student learning outcomes. This can be seen from the increase in the average score of the experimental class by 43.27%, compared to a lower increase in the control group. The normality and homogeneity test showed that the data was eligible for statistical analysis. Thus, the mnemonic method has proven to be effective as an alternative strategy in overcoming difficulties in learning nahwu, improving memory, and motivating students in the learning process. The main contribution of this research is to present a more interesting, easy-to-understand, and effective method in conveying complex nahwu material.
